November Brimbles Box

My Brimbles Box for November arrived today!
Missing from these first 'group' photos is the santa charm which was hiding in the paper, I nearly missed it completely!
But my favourite thing out of the box is the CraftinChaos paperclip, I loved the Halloween one from last months box so I'm so happy I have another one which will be perfect for the rest of the year.

Contents -

Elf dashboard
Bunny paper clip
EllieBeth Designs UK stickers
Two washi tapes
Elf to do list pad
Santa sticky notes
Santa planner charm

I LOVE the Santa charm but unfortunately the clasp wasn't long enough to keep the jump ring on. If that makes sense! I think it may have snapped a bit. Luckily I make jewellery and charms myself so had the tools to correct it straight away and he is now swinging happily from the bottom of my planner.

The bunny paper clip is looking adorable in my planner!

Overall I am very happy with the contents, I really love the Santa sticky notes, some awesome artwork.
I can't wait for the next box!

Lucky bag from LittleNoahsArk

Wow. For £5 you get so much! I was so impressed!
There is also a surprise bundle for £9 and a surprise bag/box for £10, which I think I need to buy.. but I might get told off hehe.

The contents -
4m roll of panda washi tape
Gel pen
Sheep sticky notes
Sticker sheets
2 paper clips
Bunny page flags

All of the items are excellent quality and I think the lucky bags are excellent value for money.
I will definitely be buying another one soon. I think they would make adorable presents for stationary fans too!

Cloudy Cow order!

How cute was the packaging for this order!? Adorable.
I saw that Cloudy Cow was stocking these super cute bunny stickers so decided to go all out and buy more washi, sticky notes and another pen too.. Oops!

The stickers are so cool! You get a lot in the box, I think it's either 30 or 50 but I'm not too sure. The designs are so sweet.
The sticky notes are just awesome, I already have the bunny ones and love the quality of those so thought I'd get some piggy ones too.
The washi tapes are excellent quality as usual, I have owls on a line, black hearts, colourful bunting and some weather washi which I thought was really cool.
The pen is longer than I imagined but it's so nice to write with, it kind of feels like writing with a quill!

SeaSalt&Paper order!

How adorable is this paper clip..!?
I saw it on her Etsy shop and fell in love, I needed it!
I haven't got a photo of the back but this bunny has a fluffy tail, such a cute addition.
Such good quality too, so impressed with it.

The tassel is just amazing, it's huge and looks so cute with my planner. If I got out with this planner I do take it off as I'm worried it might get dirty but it looks lovely by sitting pretty in the house.

I'm currently doing a 'no spend' month which is proving difficult as SeaSalt&Paper keeps popping up in my Etsy feed and it's sooooo tempting!

Sticker storage

A rather short post today!
I don't have a great system if I'm honest. The majority of my stickers that don't get used that much are in an A5 binder, but the stickers I use on pretty much a daily basis were getting stuffed into my stationary pouch. And that stationary pouch was getting fatter and fatter! So I bought a pack of wallets from Wilkinsons and all of the frequently used stickers fit perfectly inside one!

I need to sort something out.. but for now this is working much better than stuffing them into an already stretched pouch.

JumpyJess - Halloween set!

How adorable is this dashboard!? And of course the bookmark!

I purchased these from the Etsy shop, JumpyJess.
The delivery time from dispatch from Belgium was very quick so I was very happy with that!

The dashboard is nice and thin which I love as I do tend to add a lot of bulk to my planners so this is perfect!
The bookmark is currently sitting pretty on my excessively decorated Halloween week.

Over all I am very happy with my order. I hope you will be making a Christmas one too Jess!

Order from LittleNoahsArk

I love this shop!
Reasonable prices, quick delivery.. what's not to love!?

LittleNoahsArk

First of all I have to say the quality of the sticky notes is amazing. I have some sticky notes that I don't use because they rip or don't stick at all, so I was so happy with these!
The deco tape is so cute! I love all things Molang so had to have it!
The paw stickers were to mark vet appointments and they're so cute, I think I need to buy the other styles now.

Once again delivery was quick and it was packaged up super cute!

My order from Mrs Brimbles!

I was so excited when I saw this had arrived!
I can't show everything as some of the items are part of a Christmas package for my penpal and friend, Zoe! So I hope she reads this and spends the next few months wondering what I could be sending her, muahaha!
Here's her blog if you want to check that out - zoeplans

I don't know if anyone else feels like this, but the personal note Anna writes on her cards makes me giddy with excitement because it's like "eeee my favourite YouTuber wrote my name!" Haha, I can't be the only one.. but then again I am a bit odd like that!

So, the things I have ordered for myself are -
The adorable cat sticky notes.

The rocket lolly sticky notes to sit along side my fab lolly ones. I love these!

The beach themed shopping list. I actually bought my mom one of these for her birthday a few months ago and decided I wanted my own.

The adorable mountain sticky notes made by Pygmy Cloud. I have one of the to do list's from Pygmy Cloud and the quality is so good so thought I'd try out the sticky notes.

It was like opening a Christmas present, I just love everything. It's all great quality too so money well spent!

Notebook diary/journal

I bought 3 notebooks from The Range a while ago because they were adorable and only £1 each! I cut 2 up to use in my fauxdori but still had one with no use.

I wanted to give a ringless planner a go, but didn't want to spend a lot of money on one. I was looking at second hand Erin Condren's but they were still £40+ which was too much for me considering I love ringed planners! So I took the £1 notebook and went a bit sticker crazy!

After watching a few YouTube videos I took my ruler, pen and the notebook and started to draw out some monthly boxes, I loved how it turned out so I tried the weekly pages next. For October I decided to go for a different layout to see how that goes, so I'm excited to try that out!

For £1 I don't think I will mind if going ringless isn't for me! I can always go back to it too. I have also been using the space page before the months as a mini journal so it's working out great at the moment!

Dashboard DIY

My personal monochrome filofax makes the perfect Halloween planner!
I couldn't find a dashboard to match it though. I was using a black cat postcard but it just wasn't big enough.
So I had a go at drawing my own! Of course it is a bunny, with added pumpkin!
I'm really pleased with how it turned out, I think it's super cute.

I also made a pumpkin one which I really love, I know I'll be swapping them out all the time!
Charms are from Kawaii Studios and Cloudy Cow.

What I love about making my own dashboards is that I can have whatever I want! They are also very easy to make, I usually make 3+ so I can fit more on a laminating pouch.
I bought a pack of 100 laminating pouches from amazon for around £6 and my laminator was £10 from asda!

DIY Paperclip

I found these adorable felt foxes in Hobbycraft, it was a pack of 4 for only £1!
I got my E6000 glue and a paperclip and glued it on.
Simple and it looks totally adorable in my planner!

You could use a glue gun to attach something like this to a paperclip though, I use my glue gun when attaching badges as it's easier to control where the glue goes.
I'm a bit obsessed with making paperclips pretty so if I find an odd button it isn't safe. It will be on a paperclip!

Happy mail from Jumpy Jess!

I am completely overwhelmed by the parcel that arrived all the way from Belguim for me!
One of my favourite YouTubers, Jumpy Jess, recently posted an unboxing video of a parcel I sent her as a bit of a 'thank you' for her making her videos. Especially her tutorial videos which I followed all of and had a lot of fun doing!

I have never received anything from anyone abroad before, so just this envelope was exciting to have! And of course I love the fact is had been beautifully decorated. I do love a good envelope decoration!
The note Jess wrote me was on a vintage postcard from the 50's which I thought was really cool so I'll be keeping that safe.

And inside.. well, I really wasn't expecting anything in return so I was super excited about the parcel and everything inside is just amazing. It's just perfect because each item is something I know I will be using probably every day with my planning, penpalling and journalling/scrapbooking!
The washi samples were on some lollipop sticks which I thought was so clever, looked super cute too!

I can only apologise for the not so great photos as the lighting has been pretty dire today!

October Brimbles Box

Mrs Brimbles

My first Brimbles Box arrived yesterday. I was so excited to open it!

The packaging was really perfect for this spooky month. And the contents even more so!
The monthly note was printed on the most adorable postcard, which was full of cute ghosts.

I had the personal planner kit and the contents were -
Halloween Project Life cards
Nightmare Before Christmas planner charm
Pumpkin charm pen
Halloween puffy stickers
A bunny/pumpkin paperclip which was specially made for this box!
2 washi tapes
A dashboard for a personal planner which was designed by Anna!

For the money I think they are definitely worth it. They cost £15, not including postage and are sent out at the start of every month.
I'm hoping because I am now subscribed I won't be so tempted to spend elsewhere as I'll be getting a box of goodies each month.. but I'm not sure how long that will last!

Overall the items are excellent quality and I can't wait for this November box! Which I believe is the Christmas themed box WOOO!

BonBonsKawaii order

I need to avoid Etsy for a while ..
I can't help myself, why must these shops sell such adorable items?!

I've been following BonBonsKawaii for a while now but never bought anything for one reason or another. I thought after the amount I spent over the past week or so I should just go for it and I bought the deco tapes I fell in love with.

Each roll has 25m on. I think that's amazing! The Totoro deco tape cost £1.85 and the Sumikko Gurashi deco tape cost £1.95. With the postage they cost £5.10 which I was very happy to pay.
The delivery was prompt after dispatch and the tapes themselves are very good quality. I am very happy with them and I'm sure all of my outgoing mail will be covered in either or both of these tapes!

Kawaii Studios order

I'm just obsessed with Kawaii Studios, I was waiting for Ruth to reopen her shop on Etsy with her extra Halloween stock so I could order the adorable post-it charm, I had to have it to go with my new gold saffiano!
I'm over the moon with it, it's super cute!
It cost £4.50 (excluding postage) which I think is very reasonable for these charms, they are great quality and definitely worth every penny.

Once again delivery was prompt after dispatch and it arrived in perfect condition. The charm itself is very solid and great quality, very pleased with it.

Another SilverDolphinCharms order!

I had to buy the molang theme charm from Silver Dolphin Charms when I saw it, it was just too cute to pass up!

I'm loving Etsy at the moment, I have spent way too much recently but oh well, I love supporting UK based sellers!
Silver Dolphin Charms has definitely become a favourite.

One thing I really like about the owner, Sophie, is that she hand writes the notes inside. I love it when businesses do that, it makes it that extra bit special!

I was waiting with anticipation for my order because I just knew it would be adorable. And it was!
Not only that but Sophie very kindly added an extra charm, her tie-dye star charm which will be for sale in her shop in the near future, which is exciting as it is also incredibly cute and I love tie die things so it's just perfect!

My molang charm is now living on my gold saffiano and they make a perfect pair.

Lyra & Co fauxdori!

My first fauxdori! Well, first 'proper' fauxdori as I have 3 that I made myself.

I saw this fabric though and couldn't pass it up. It's just so adorable and perfect for what I wanted to use it for. A memory journal for my bunnies.

I first heard/saw of Lyra & Co on the UK Planner Addicts facebook page and then spent well over an hour trying to decide which inserts I wanted and whether or not I really needed another 'planner'. Of course I didn't, but that couldn't stop me!

Anyway, the prices are amazing for the quality of work you receive. In total it came to £25.50, £16 for the dori, £5.50 for the 2 handmade inserts and then postage.
I put my Kawaii Studios cupcake charm on to begin with, but now have a bunny charm attached.
The 2 elastics are strong and it allows you to add up to 6 notebooks, or more inserts and it can hold that many without the inserts sticking out which is great!

These are the first 3 pages of my memory journal, I haven't got any further with it as I still need to get new photos printed.
The inserts themselves (bought separately) are nice quality, especially for what I'm using them for.

I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase and recommend Lyra & Co for good quality and well priced fauxdori's within the UK! I am trying very hard not to buy another one. It is proving quite difficult after seeing the Halloween fabrics and the fabrics that will be used for the Christmas dori's!

Personal turquoise domino

I have a new filofax WOOOO!
I chose the turquoise domino in personal size and even though I've only been in it for a couple of days, I LOVE it!
I bought it from WHSmiths for £17.50 and it arrived so quickly! It also arrived in a box so I'm hoping that will continue as the packaging my hot pink domino arrived in wasn't amazing. A jiffy bag isn't good enough protection!
But they seem to have upped their packaging game so fingers crossed that continues.

Paperclip and charm city!
(Charms are from Kawaii Studios and Cloudy Cow, the large charm was a keyring I converted!)

A quick flip-through of the domino. I have some diary stickers in the side pouch, I might use some washi tape to attach some photos to the side like I did with my hot pink domino but not too sure yet as it leaves a bit of a dent!
My handmade dashboard along with 2 paperclips for no reason other than to look cute.
The cat pen is from Cloudy Cow.

I have some ice cream sticky notes from Mrs Brimbles on the back of my dash.
My card holder insert holds the business cards from my latest purchases.

Then I have 2 top loading pockets which hold stickers and some random bits and pieces.

My inserts are from Cloudy Cow and are undated as I chop and change between personal and pocket, so they are perfect but I have decorated up until Halloween so I WILL use them hehe!

The months are also undated and from Cloudy Cow. I've never used monthly pages before but they're actually very handy!

The back divider holds my note paper etc, I currently only have the October challenge written here that Mrs Brimbles is doing!

And in the back I have a notepad (originally from Sainsbury's for £1) which I haven't actually used yet but it moves to different planners with me and I love it!

I just love it! Super happy with it and I'm so pleased I bought it. I did umm and ahh about it for ages but now I have it in my hands I know I made the right decision.
