World of Wizardry subscription box (December 2017)

So this is it, 1 year of recieving a box of Potter goodness in the mail every month. I'm soooo tempted to just resubscribe but I need to save up my moolah now. I hope I can start getting the box again at some point next year!

My absolute favourite item is the 3D bookmark. It looks so cool! I also love I have another want to add to my collection, it's the 4th one I've had from the box since I subbed a year ago.

My Meadowgate Leather TN

The month long wait was worth it! 

I was soooo patient (I think I was anyway, I only mentioned it several hundred times..). I knew it would be a long wait because of the production time being 3-4 weeks. (It's always important to check that on Etsy!)

When it arrived I could smell it before I saw it. It was (and is!) beautiful!

I went for the extreme width with Havana stitching, tan colour and pink elastic. I also bought brown elastic just in case I wanted to swap it out at any point. It's an A6 double acorn and with the postage it cost £46.57.

I did have to loosen the elastic a little, but it took about 30 seconds! I went for one pocket at the front so I still had enough space left for my die cuts haha!

The extra bits and pieces (pen loop, name tag etc) were all things you had to put in the notes, so here is what I put!

My Christmas planners!

I'm currently using two planners. I have tried this before and it didn't really work for me so for quite a while now I've been happy in my travelers notebooks. However I was finding it hard to carry my rather chunky TN around so thought I would try using two again but not be like "I NEED TO DECORATE THE CRAP OUT OF BOTH OF THEM". 

Now, stickers make me happy and I love using them so I am incorporating them into my EDC, but I'm not going mad like I tend to do in my TN.

I thought about using either my fluro pink Filofax or zipped Jamie Notes, but eventually settled on my duck egg compact.

I love the compact filofaxes, I love that they're patent too and the ones that I have (duck egg and yellow) and second/third hand so they have a few scuffs and things and I'm not particularly precious about them, so perfect for my bag!

Of course, I'm all set up for Christmas because it's my favourite thing to do.

The dashboard and today page marker are from MyPrettySummer, the deer die cut is from PlannerMonkeyCo, the other die cuts are from BeautifulPlanning, the Santa in the chimmney paperclip is from MyUnicornPlanner and the snowman pen is from Paperchase!

This is my Geekydori in A6. The pen is from Paperchase and the planner band was from MyUnicornPlanner. 

I love my Geekydori's, this is one of my custom ones, they're just so stuffable and cute. And very reasonably priced!

This is my pretty planner and I loooove decorating in this, I use kits and all kinds of stickers for everything. It just makes me happy!

At the bottom you can see The Little Bullet Book which I really love, I'm using it as more of a memory planner and I'm enjoying doing that. I think I will do a separate blog post showing that one off as well as some flip throughs of my EDC and TN.

World of Wizardry subscription box (November 2017)

WOWOWOW I loved this months box! 

I'm sad that next month may be my last box! It's been a fun year of opening all of the sub boxes and if I do unsub I'll be back for sure.

World of Wizardry subscription box (October 2017)

So this is a bit late.. but I got the November box post ready and found the photos for the October box that I thought I had lost forever!

When you're not looking for things.. you tend to find them! So I thought I'd post it anyway, it will be fun to look back on still.

I really liked this box, although it was kind of .. tarnished I guess by the broom figuring breaking as soon as I touched it and the pin being a weird yellow colour. It wasn't the 'gold edition' either, just looked a bit mucky really! Still, it's cute and I have a few other items from the person who illustrated the badger, SushiStudios on Etsy. I bought all of the Harry Potter stuff from there haha!

I absolutely love the Snape illustration, it's the same guy who did the Luna one a few boxes back.

My Harry Potter shelves

Just a quick post to show my Potter shelves!

After having a move around of my shelves due to gaining more and more Potter things from the World of Wizardry box and the release of the illustrated Harry Potter books.. I've finally made it look neat and tidy!

World of Wizardry subscription box (September 2017)

This post won't be the usual run through of items for the World of Wizardry box unfortunately!

But again I just HAVE to show you what was inside the September box.

The tshirt is just so amazing, really lovely quality once again, not to mention it's ADORABLE! I absolutely love the colour of it too. The design is just perfect.

More socks! Yay! They're so comfortable, this is the third pair of socks I've had from the boxes now and these are definitely my favourite.

I love the keyring! It was one of 4 designs you could get but the Hogwarts crest is something I don't have many of compared to other well know Harry Potter designs so I'm really happy with that.

Another wand, I love getting wands! This is the third one now and it's Newt Scamander's wand so perfect to add to my collection. I'm hoping in future boxes we get more wands and things from Fantastic Beasts as I love the mix.

The Harry Potter figuring is such good quality, I'm so pleased with it! It will look perfect on my shelf. Even the guinea pigs took a shine to it hehe.

And finally the print this month was the Hogwarts Express. Such a great image, I'm going to get a frame for this one.

As always the Geekydori is high quality and just looks amazing.

I love looking at this. The dashboard is a card that I bought from BeardleyUK on Etsy, I just cut it down to fit inside the handmade laminated dashboard I made.

It's Hufflepuff central!

My little Harry Otter from PlannerMonkeyCo just sits behind the first insert.

My absolute favourite quote.

This is one of the many stickers I have from NaomiLordArt and I've laminated them all to use as die cuts in my planner.

My zipped pouch is actually personal size and it fits perfectly in my A6. I was using a pocket sized one but it was a little bit too tiny!

Another one of my favourite quotes, this time from Bronn! I covered it up because it's a swear.

The cuterus sticker is from PunkyPins and the Sirius sticker is from NaomiLordArt.

The back of my notebook insert has another NaomiLordArt sticker on and the free printable from BeautifulPlanning.

The back part of the zipped pouch has a die cut from BusyBeeStickers and PaperMonsterCo. The 'Mulder it's me' sticker is also from PunkyPins.

Geekydori haul!

So I'm super excited to be writing this post about my new Geekydori's!

I have been selling some of my regular sized TN's to fund some A6 sizes. Of course I went back to Geekydori and WOW did she deliver!

The Hufflepuff and Halloween were custom dori's and the Red Riding Hood was pre-made. I have extra elastics with all of my Geekydori's which is an add on costing £1.50.

My order in total came to £48.10 which included tracked shipping.

Again, the quality and craftsmanship is perfect. If you're looking for a custom dori in any size I 100% recommend Geekydori.

Busy Bee Stickers haul!

I was browsing Etsy for die cuts in the UK (I have 2 orders with PlannerMonkeyCo but wanted to see if there were any UK based shops that sold super cute die cuts) and I found the cutest little bears!

The bears are called Crazy Daisy which I absolutely love! The die cuts are amazing quality, lovely and thick and the sheet of autumnal stickers I also ordered are a very nice quality too, they are peeling off nicely (which is always a good thing!).

With the order came a freebie sticker sheet AND ... my name, in holo holo .. hehe! AMAZING!

Can't wait to order more when Chritsmas die cuts are released!

AND this time my order box was decorated with my own piggies! I've had a ladybug piggie and unicorn piggie for the last 2 orders. I LOVE it! I cut it out to put on the girls cage but thought I'd take a photo of it with them, it makes me laugh as they are always positioned like the drawing - Astrid on the left and Nami on the right!

The total of this order, with postage and the discount taken off, was £23.23.

And now getting into seeing all of the goodies I ordered!

This is one of the keyring charms, I couldn't decide between this one and the unicorn. As you can see I went with the fairy pig! The unicorn is next on my list..

World of Wizardry subscription box (August 2017)

What a fun box this month was!

It always feels like Christmas opening these boxes, I never want to unsubscribe! Although I am going to have to have a big move around of my bookshelves as now 3 shelves just isn't enough to hold all of my Harry Potter things, so I'm going to have to have a book purge to make room. Sad times, but needs must.

Here is a quick overview of what was in the box. I'll go into a bit more depth with my thoughts on the individual pictures!

I love that Dobby was the one to greet me as I opened the paper.

I LOVE THIS TSHIRT! 

It's really soft, lovely quality and the print is just too cute.

  

This is a great little addition to my shelf. I have a smaller one as a necklace but this one is much better quality.

I'm not going to lie, I thought this plushie (which I believe is Hermione..) was a cross between Ron and Molly Weasley!

So now it makes me laugh every time I look at it. But it's such a cute size I do love it, not sure on the hairy trousers though haha!

Another awesome pin. I'm already wondering who we will get in next months box! I also love that I'm getting the classic colours each month, (watch me get a silver or gold in Septembers box!) because they just look more like the character to me.. does that make sense!?

This print is fab! I love everything Hufflepuff so this will look great on my wall.

WOW is all I can say. I am OBSESSED with this artwork! It's amazing and came with a certificate of authenticity. I'm going to try and find a frame for it as I want it on my desk!

And finally another super cool print!

I'll be honest and say I'm not a fan of the new prints, not the designs but the fact it's no longer that thick card. The last 4 months worth of prints are still in the packaging and in a pile as I have no idea what to do with them. They just wouldn't go with my room at all because of all of the white space so I'm contemplating actually cutting them up and making some bits for my planner.. Or at least try and think of something I can do with them as at the moment I'm not seeing them at all and they're too pretty to still be sat in their packaging!
