Happy mail from Jumpy Jess!

I am completely overwhelmed by the parcel that arrived all the way from Belguim for me!
One of my favourite YouTubers, Jumpy Jess, recently posted an unboxing video of a parcel I sent her as a bit of a 'thank you' for her making her videos. Especially her tutorial videos which I followed all of and had a lot of fun doing!

I have never received anything from anyone abroad before, so just this envelope was exciting to have! And of course I love the fact is had been beautifully decorated. I do love a good envelope decoration!
The note Jess wrote me was on a vintage postcard from the 50's which I thought was really cool so I'll be keeping that safe.

And inside.. well, I really wasn't expecting anything in return so I was super excited about the parcel and everything inside is just amazing. It's just perfect because each item is something I know I will be using probably every day with my planning, penpalling and journalling/scrapbooking!
The washi samples were on some lollipop sticks which I thought was so clever, looked super cute too!

I can only apologise for the not so great photos as the lighting has been pretty dire today!

October Brimbles Box

Mrs Brimbles

My first Brimbles Box arrived yesterday. I was so excited to open it!

The packaging was really perfect for this spooky month. And the contents even more so!
The monthly note was printed on the most adorable postcard, which was full of cute ghosts.

I had the personal planner kit and the contents were -
Halloween Project Life cards
Nightmare Before Christmas planner charm
Pumpkin charm pen
Halloween puffy stickers
A bunny/pumpkin paperclip which was specially made for this box!
2 washi tapes
A dashboard for a personal planner which was designed by Anna!

For the money I think they are definitely worth it. They cost £15, not including postage and are sent out at the start of every month.
I'm hoping because I am now subscribed I won't be so tempted to spend elsewhere as I'll be getting a box of goodies each month.. but I'm not sure how long that will last!

Overall the items are excellent quality and I can't wait for this November box! Which I believe is the Christmas themed box WOOO!

BonBonsKawaii order

I need to avoid Etsy for a while ..
I can't help myself, why must these shops sell such adorable items?!

I've been following BonBonsKawaii for a while now but never bought anything for one reason or another. I thought after the amount I spent over the past week or so I should just go for it and I bought the deco tapes I fell in love with.

Each roll has 25m on. I think that's amazing! The Totoro deco tape cost £1.85 and the Sumikko Gurashi deco tape cost £1.95. With the postage they cost £5.10 which I was very happy to pay.
The delivery was prompt after dispatch and the tapes themselves are very good quality. I am very happy with them and I'm sure all of my outgoing mail will be covered in either or both of these tapes!

Kawaii Studios order

I'm just obsessed with Kawaii Studios, I was waiting for Ruth to reopen her shop on Etsy with her extra Halloween stock so I could order the adorable post-it charm, I had to have it to go with my new gold saffiano!
I'm over the moon with it, it's super cute!
It cost £4.50 (excluding postage) which I think is very reasonable for these charms, they are great quality and definitely worth every penny.

Once again delivery was prompt after dispatch and it arrived in perfect condition. The charm itself is very solid and great quality, very pleased with it.

Another SilverDolphinCharms order!

I had to buy the molang theme charm from Silver Dolphin Charms when I saw it, it was just too cute to pass up!

I'm loving Etsy at the moment, I have spent way too much recently but oh well, I love supporting UK based sellers!
Silver Dolphin Charms has definitely become a favourite.

One thing I really like about the owner, Sophie, is that she hand writes the notes inside. I love it when businesses do that, it makes it that extra bit special!

I was waiting with anticipation for my order because I just knew it would be adorable. And it was!
Not only that but Sophie very kindly added an extra charm, her tie-dye star charm which will be for sale in her shop in the near future, which is exciting as it is also incredibly cute and I love tie die things so it's just perfect!

My molang charm is now living on my gold saffiano and they make a perfect pair.

Lyra & Co fauxdori!

My first fauxdori! Well, first 'proper' fauxdori as I have 3 that I made myself.

I saw this fabric though and couldn't pass it up. It's just so adorable and perfect for what I wanted to use it for. A memory journal for my bunnies.

I first heard/saw of Lyra & Co on the UK Planner Addicts facebook page and then spent well over an hour trying to decide which inserts I wanted and whether or not I really needed another 'planner'. Of course I didn't, but that couldn't stop me!

Anyway, the prices are amazing for the quality of work you receive. In total it came to £25.50, £16 for the dori, £5.50 for the 2 handmade inserts and then postage.
I put my Kawaii Studios cupcake charm on to begin with, but now have a bunny charm attached.
The 2 elastics are strong and it allows you to add up to 6 notebooks, or more inserts and it can hold that many without the inserts sticking out which is great!

These are the first 3 pages of my memory journal, I haven't got any further with it as I still need to get new photos printed.
The inserts themselves (bought separately) are nice quality, especially for what I'm using them for.

I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase and recommend Lyra & Co for good quality and well priced fauxdori's within the UK! I am trying very hard not to buy another one. It is proving quite difficult after seeing the Halloween fabrics and the fabrics that will be used for the Christmas dori's!

Personal turquoise domino

I have a new filofax WOOOO!
I chose the turquoise domino in personal size and even though I've only been in it for a couple of days, I LOVE it!
I bought it from WHSmiths for £17.50 and it arrived so quickly! It also arrived in a box so I'm hoping that will continue as the packaging my hot pink domino arrived in wasn't amazing. A jiffy bag isn't good enough protection!
But they seem to have upped their packaging game so fingers crossed that continues.

Paperclip and charm city!
(Charms are from Kawaii Studios and Cloudy Cow, the large charm was a keyring I converted!)

A quick flip-through of the domino. I have some diary stickers in the side pouch, I might use some washi tape to attach some photos to the side like I did with my hot pink domino but not too sure yet as it leaves a bit of a dent!
My handmade dashboard along with 2 paperclips for no reason other than to look cute.
The cat pen is from Cloudy Cow.

I have some ice cream sticky notes from Mrs Brimbles on the back of my dash.
My card holder insert holds the business cards from my latest purchases.

Then I have 2 top loading pockets which hold stickers and some random bits and pieces.

My inserts are from Cloudy Cow and are undated as I chop and change between personal and pocket, so they are perfect but I have decorated up until Halloween so I WILL use them hehe!

The months are also undated and from Cloudy Cow. I've never used monthly pages before but they're actually very handy!

The back divider holds my note paper etc, I currently only have the October challenge written here that Mrs Brimbles is doing!

And in the back I have a notepad (originally from Sainsbury's for £1) which I haven't actually used yet but it moves to different planners with me and I love it!

I just love it! Super happy with it and I'm so pleased I bought it. I did umm and ahh about it for ages but now I have it in my hands I know I made the right decision.
